Question & Answer

Q: When exchange program application can be submitted by students?

A: In the first year of study only and submitted to the school within 2 weeks after a semester starts.

Q: Duration for add and drop courses?

A: Add course within 3 lecture weeks. Withdraw course after the third week until the eighth week

Q: Applications emissions from lecture / tutorial?

A: Official application letter to the Dean of the School together with related supporting letter and submitted at least 7 days before the date of application of emission.

Q: Deferment of a semester?

A: Application for suspension of the examination shall be made prior to or within 48 hours after the end of the examination for the course. Application for health reasons must be accompanied by a letter or a government doctor or doctor of UMS panel.

Q: Getting results with status Failed and Terminated?

A: Please submit an application to the Dean of the School, using Form Akad / A-03 within 4 weeks after the official announcement of the examination results and the payment of RM100.00

Q: Application for Credit Exemption?

A: Can be submitted in the first year of study for consideration for Diploma graduates or equivalent and be considered for quantitative School Core courses of Grade A only.
