software and a dedicated server for:-
- DNA sequence analysis and Whole Genome Sequencing
Analysis (for 454, Solexa or Solid reads).
- Has complete Bioinformatics facility for microarray
data analysis.
- A dedicated server is available for computational
analyses.
|
| |
- Consultancy:-
- Dedicated team of molecular geneticists, bioinformaticians
and molecular biologists to assist and help analyse
and interprete DNA sequencing and microarray data from
selected DNA regions, whole genomes and/or transcriptomes.
- Able to provide training and consultation to monitoring
and enforcement agencies on detection of pork, beef
or other meat products contaminants in Halal or vegetarian
food.
- Provide detection for endangered wildlife organ parts.
|
| |
2. Microbiology Laboratory
- Microscopic identification of microbes.
- Microbial Screening, Identification and Bioassay.
