Kindly be informed that only abstract with completed payment (Local Purchase Order (LPO) or Letter of Undertaking, etc.) received by 31 December 2017 (New date: 15 January 2018) will be included in the ICOMSA 2018 abstract book.
Please submit a scanned copy of the remittance advice or transfer receipt of the payment to the Secretariat by email (email@example.com) or (+60-88-320261).
Any bank charges will be borne by the participant and not included in the total amount of conference registration fee.
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations made by 31 December 2017 (New date: 15 January 2018) will result in 50% refund to cover administration costs. Refunds for cancellation after 31 December 2017 (New date: 15 January 2018) will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is allowed at no extra charge if indicated in writing to the Secretariat by 31 December 2017 (New date: 15 January 2018).
