This unit is an integral part of the management and administration of PKPP . Roles and responsibilities in the administration and management of storage resources , particularly in terms of records and files and information .

 

Function

 

i.      Managing files and records system PKPP and circulars and directives .

ii.     Handling affairs of human resources , training , holidays and staff welfare .

iii.    Managing the affairs of customer service and customer complaints .

iv.     Preparation and updating of web pages.
