INTRODUCTION

The Seventh Conference of Asian Association of Social Psychology (AASP) will be held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, July 25-28, 2007. The theme of the conference, which emphasizes the global issues and challenges of Social Psychology in a changing world, provides an opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding about the contributions of Asian Social Psychology, its current status and its possible future directions.

Dear colleaques,

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the 7th Biennial Conference of the Asian Association of Social Psychology (AASP 2007), which will be held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah from 25-28 July 2007. This conference is organized by the Psychology and Social Health Research Unit, Universiti Malaysia Sabah in collaboration with Malaysian Psychological Association and AASP. The theme of the conference is Social Psychology: Global issues and challenges in a changing world. We hope to invite discussions on how social psychology address pertinent issues in social, cultures and organizations in the light of the present day challenges.

AASP hopes that you will make definitive plans to participate in the conference. We are interested in your contribution and hope that you will soon submit your contribution.
