GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATIONS & SUBMISSION DEADLINES

Symposia
The time allotted for each symposium is 90 minutes. The minimum number of presenters is 4, and the time for each presentation should not exceed 15 minutes, so that there can be sufficient time for discussion. Symposia participants should complete the Abstract Submission Form and send it to the symposium convener (s).

IMPORTANT NOTE: The symposium convener should collect the abstracts submitted by each participant and send them as a complete symposium. An overall abstract for the symposium should also be submitted by the symposium convener.

Thematic Presentations
Individual abstracts will be grouped into Thematic Sessions. The time allotted for the oral presentation of each paper will be 20 minutes, including time for 1-2 questions. Discussion on all papers will take place at the end of the session.

Poster
The size of Poster board is 120cm high by 80cm wide. Presenting authors will be given 30 minutes before the beginning of the session to put up their posters. Posters should be dismantled by the presenting authors themselves at the end of the session. Posters should be readable from a distance of two meters.

Submission Deadlines
Abstracts should reach the Conference Secretariat no later than : December 31, 2006
Notification of acceptances of submitted abstract :January 31, 2007.
