CONFERENCE THEME:
ENHANCING BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY

 

The School of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaysia Sabah in collaboration with Sabah State Economic Planning Unit will host The Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia and Phillipines – East Asean Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) Conference 2006 from 21st to 23rd June, 2006. This conference will be a platform to discuss and to share knowledge on current issues related to BIMP-EAGA region. By stimulating cross-disciplinary discussions and networking, participants can further enhance and enrich their knowledge towards the development of BIMP-EAGA. This conference will be conducted at Universiti Malaysia Sabah Campus, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVE

 

The aim of the conference is to provide opportunities for administrators, professionals, practitioners and academicians among BIMP-EAGA members local and abroad to share their insight on the development and challenges in all areas related to the context of BIMP-EAGA.

 

Papers describing original work in all areas that contribute to the knowledge development of BIMP-EAGA are invited. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
