MONDAY, 05 MAY – The Housing and Hospitality Division (BPH), Student Affairs Department, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) made a working visit to Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) recently.
The visit was accompanied by six officers from BPH headed by the Chairman of Residential College Heads UMS (MAPeK), Dr. Andika Aziz Hussin.
According to Dr. Andika, the purpose of the visit was to exchange information and new ideas about Residential College at the two universities.
“It is in line with BPH aim which is to provide the best service in terms of accommodation, welfare and safety of students,” he said.
During the visit, the delegation was taken to see the surroundings and facilities available at the residential college Perwira and Residential College Tun Fatimah, UTHM.
“Such visits are beneficial to Residential College UMS as a centre of excellence and complements the university’s education system,” he concluded. – (fl)
