HY07 Food Technology and Bioprocessing


This program provides exposure on the aspects of technology applications in production, storage and packaging, biotechnology, microbiology as well as aspects related to food processing. This program also requires students to undergo industrial training in order to better understand and practice the knowledge they have learned and to familiarize themselves with the work culture. This program is designed to enable students to gain knowledge in food technology and food bioprocessing. Graduates from this program have the opportunity to work in food-based industries, whether in the private sector, government or semi-government, education and research.
