This portal provides access to various digital collections and publications owned by the Department of Environment via online. First time users will need to click on the "Register" link in order to create the user account. Then, check your e-mail for access confirmation. Log in to this portal system by clicking the Login link, using your own personal account to enable you to access, search and download the digital collections provided.

  4. MyMedR
    MyMedR (Malaysian Medical Repository) is an open access collection of Malaysian health and biomedical research. The materials are imported from PubMed and MyJurnal. We gratefully acknowledge the permission to reuse the materials from the National Library of Medicine of the United States and the Malaysian Citation Centre. This project is funded by Academy of Family Physicians of Malaysia. The project team members are: CL Teng, CJ Ng, EM Khoo, Mastura Ismail, Abrizah Abdullah, TK Chiew, Thanaletchumi Dharmalingam.

  5. OMIM (Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man)
    Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man®. OMIM is a comprehensive, authoritative compendium of human genes and genetic phenotypes that is freely available and updated daily. The full-text, referenced overviews in OMIM contain information on all known mendelian disorders and over 15,000 genes. OMIM focuses on the relationship between phenotype and genotype. It is updated daily, and the entries contain copious links to other genetics resources.

  7. PubMed
    PubMed comprises more than 29 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites.

  8. USDA Food Composition Database
    Visit FoodData Central to access USDA’s new Food and Nutrient Data System. All of these datasets including the Food and Nutrient Database for Dietary Studies (FNDDS), SR Legacy, and the USDA Branded Food Products Database have been transitioned to FoodData Central which also includes expanded nutrient content information never before available as well as links to diverse data sources that offer related agricultural, food, health, dietary supplement, and other information. FoodData Central will replace this existing Food Composition Database site in the coming weeks and users will be automatically be redirected to the new web site.

  9. Western Pacific Region Index Medicus
    The Western Pacific Region Index Medicus (WPRIM) is a project of the WHO Western Pacific Regional Office in collaboration with several institutions in its Member States. This is the Region's contribution to the Global Health Library (GHL) initiative which aims to extend to all the benefits of the knowledge that is essential to the fullest attainment of health. WPRIM will be deployed and hosted, along with the index medicus of other WHO Regions, at the Global Index Medicus portal under the GHL platform, where searches can be conducted individually or simultaneously through a federated search engine.
