Typhoon Koppu in Philippines affecting Sabah



Malaysian Meteorological Department had issued a warning on strong winds and rough sea to the malaysian waters on 18 October 2015. Southwesterly wind of 40-50 Kmph with waves up to 3.5 metres will be are reported occuring over water of Sabah which expected to continue until Thursday, 22 October 2015. The condition reported will be dangerous to small crafts, recreational sea activities and sea sports. The Meteorological Department Malaysia also issued low horizontal visibility warning (below 3 kilometres) to the water Selangor, N. Sembilan, Malacca, and west johore and the condition is expected to continue until wednesday, 21 October 2015. Low visibility condition will be dangerous to the ships that do not have navigational equipment.
