CLIENT’S CHARTER 

We are committed to realizing our vision and mission as well as best practices based on the following customer charter: 

1. Provide efficient and high-quality services in terms of publication to students, teachers  

    and the general community. 

2. Publish a scientific book that meets teaching and learning for a period of one (1) year to  

    one (1) years six (6) months. 

3. Publish high-impact journal articles according to the requirements of current scientific  

    publications. 

4. Marketing of UMS-published products is possible using state-of-the-art technology  

    platforms. 

5. Provide courses, workshops, training and publication-related activities for the purpose of  

    exposure to its special teachers.
