The Soft Skill UMS Centered Lectur is a compulsory college for students enrolling a 3-hour co-curriculum course. This lecture is aimed at complementing the policies and philosophies of the PKPP to produce balanced students from intellectual, spiritual, emotional and physical aspects, to develop the students' physical, mental and spiritual endurance, to generate creative, innovative, proactive and proactive thinking and to instill confidence and contention within facing challenges. Universiti Malaysia Sabah is also committed to producing students who are capable of mastering the diversity of technical and professional skills as well as knowledge and practical soft skills to complement the holistic UMS graduates' attributes. Through this workshop students will be able to learn and recognize the importance of applying soft skills to students.
