Jabatan Bendahari UMS Bersedia Lakukan Perubahan

bendahariISNIN, 16 MAC - Memegang tanggungjawab dalam hal ehwal kewangan universiti, Jabatan Bendahari Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) bertekad untuk terus memperbaiki mutu perkhidmatan. Pemangku Bendahari UMS, Zallifah Shadan berkata, budaya hormat menghormati, kerjasama berpasukan dan integriti merupakan aspek penting ke arah mencapai matlamat tersebut.“Setiap individu perlu berani berubah dan keluar dari zon selesa sedia ada serta berani merebut peluang yang mungkin tidak akan datang berkali-kali,” ujarnya pada Majlis Amanat Pemangku Bendahari 2015 baru-baru ini.Beliau menyeru agar para kakitangan di jabatan tersebut sentiasa melakukan perubahan bagi memastikan kelestarian kewangan UMS sentiasa terpelihara.“Kita sering memerlukan satu sama lain untuk mencapai visi dan misi, kita kena menang sebagai satu pasukan, kita kena percaya satu sama lain, menghormati satu sama lain, memahami satu sama lain dan enjoy satu sama lain,” katanya sambil menasihatkan ketua-ketua sektor agar mempercayai dan memberi peluang kepada kakitangan di bawah seliaan masing-masing.Majlis yang bertemakan ‘Bersama Memacu Perubahan’ itu turut menyaksikan pelancaran program Mentor-Mentee sebagai satu pendekatan bimbingan, sokongan dan bantuan secara profesional bagi meningkatkan pembangunan dan kecekapan para kakitangan. Untuk rekod, Jabatan Bendahari kini mempunyai seramai 152 kakitangan meliputi kampus induk, dan dua kampus cawangan di Labuan dan Sandakan. –ZMD
