THURSDAY, 14 MAY – A forum entitled ‘Jobs and You’ jointly organised by the Ministry of Industrial Development Sabah and Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) through the Faculty of Engineering will be held this Saturday, 16 May 2015 at UMS Resital Hall, starting at 9.00 am.

According to a statement issued by the organiser, the objective of this forum is to instill awareness amongst students on the competition and job needs of the industrial sector in Sabah.

The statement also added that the forum acts as a platform for all industry players on the criteria and requirements of job seekers. It also promotes understanding between employers and employees pertaining to the related industry and job opportunities.

The forum is expected to be officiated by the Deputy Chief Minister cum Minister of Industrial Development Sabah, Datuk Raymond Tan Shu Kiah. Also expected to be present is the Vice-Chancellor of UMS, Professor Datuk Dr. Mohd Harun Abdullah.
