- Provide curriculum and learning methods in the education of Music, Writing, Dance, Theatre, Film & Television as well as Visual Art Technology without ignoring current needs.
- Provide a conducive learning space and the best learning equipment in at least 10 learning spaces.

Give feedback to customers quickly, accurately, and politely within the following period:

Email reply within 1 working day

Letter feedback within 3 working days
- Counter service for all matters will be served within five (5) minutes.
- Ensure that the equipment and hardware for the laboratory/workshop/store/studio are ready for use no later than ten (10) minutes before the lecture starts.
