Our commitment

ASTiF will strive to meet the needs of "stakeholders", students, parents, suppliers, industry, activists, and the media and promises to provide the best services such as:-

  1. Provide curriculum and learning methods in the education of Music, Writing, Dance, Theatre, Film & Television as well as Visual Art Technology without ignoring current needs.
  1. Provide a conducive learning space and the best learning equipment in at least 10 learning spaces.
  1. Give feedback to customers quickly, accurately, and politely within the following period:
  • Email reply within 1 working day
  • Letter feedback within 3 working days
  1. Counter service for all matters will be served within five (5) minutes.
  1. Ensure that the equipment and hardware for the laboratory/workshop/store/studio are ready for use no later than ten (10) minutes before the lecture starts.
