The National Geoscience Conference (NGC) 2025, themed "Earth, Energy, and Environment: Navigating the Future," will take place from 18 to 20 September 2025 at Borneo Royale Hotel, Tawau, Sabah. This premier event gathers geoscience professionals, researchers, and students to discuss the latest advancements, challenges, and innovations in the field. The conference aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchange and networking among experts. Participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations under various topics, including disaster risk reduction, climate hazards, mineral resource development, geochemistry, conservation geology, groundwater resources, and tectonics. The submission deadline is 15 July 2025, and abstracts must adhere to the specified guidelines, including a 300-word limit and an English translation for Bahasa Malaysia submissions. Registration fees vary based on membership status, with early bird rates available until 15 July 2025. Full manuscripts that pass the review process will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals. The conference is expected to award CPD points from the Board of Geologists (BOG) Malaysia.
