• Undergraduate and postgraduate students majoring in biological sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, Bioengineering, etc.) 
• NOT eligible for international students (with the exception of the mobility program or with written permission from your University) 

• Introductory module on BRI  
• Introduction to occupational safety, biosafety and bio-risk assessment  
• A mini research project (takes up about 70% of the internship)   
• Participation in all BRI activities, including non-academic ones  
• Attending seminars and talks conducted by BRI 
• Sharing your study experience at your respective university  
• Manuscript writing  
• Presentation of internship experience and mini-project report
