- Network membership of The Ocean Project
- Membership of International Maritime Club and
- Centre for collaborative research in aquaculture by Kinki University, Japan.
Besides, many foreign institutions accept BMRI as a seat of learning and career enhancement where their staff and students can be placed for pursuing higher studies.
