Welcome to our website. I humbly hope that your visit here will become fruitful and will give better enlightenment to all things that you need and want to know.

Our mission is to ensure the welfare of non -resident students is maintained and secured to enable all students to be focused and self -reflective learners. In a climate of trust, we engage them in opportunities to improve their soft-skills development in a holistic way, thus developing them into a competent, resilience and gritty all the way to be of global level. It is in line with the sixth focus of Ministry of Higher Education on safeguarding the welfare of non-resident students, as stated in the honourable Minister of Higher Education Annual Mandate Speech 2021.

Another vital role for us is to manage the facilities of residential colleges so that it could become safer and comfortable, thus become conducive for students to focus on their study and nurture their soft-skills development further up to better level.

We aspire to provide a nurturing and conducive environment in which students feel safe to explore new challenges while still knowing there are caring, supportive officers and staffs to join in celebrating their success and guiding them through any given situations including during these tough time of C-19 pandemic. As the saying goes, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going!
