The Borneo  Leadership  Transformation  &  Strategic  Program  (BOLTS)  is  acomprehensive initiative focused on Leadership in Diversity & Sustainability, emphasizing both environmental and social dimensions. BOLTS is designed to empower participants from various backgrounds, including universities, knowledge hubs, and business entities, to lead effectively in a rapidly changing global landscape. The program covers eight dynamic modules, beginning with anexploration of global trends and challenges, and progressively delving into topics such as diversity leadership, sustainability practices, innovation, knowledge co- creation, strategic change management, and community engagement. Through this program, participants will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate complex issues, collaborate across cultures, foster sustainability, and drive transformative change. BOLTS equips future leaders with the tools to address real-world challenges while promoting the values of diversity and sustainability, positioning them as catalysts for positive change in their communities and organizations.
