The International Conference on Food Security 2025 (ICFS 2025) is organized by the Food Security Research Laboratory, Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition, Universiti Malaysia Sabah. This fully online conference aims to bring together researchers, policymakers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to exchange knowledge, share groundbreaking research, and foster international collaboration to address food security challenges worldwide.
