SHORT SHORT STORY COMPETITION: YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO ENTER!

The competition run by the ‘Say it in English’ Campaign at PPIB is open to ALL UMS students. Cash prizes will be awarded to the winner and two runners-up. Deadline for entries is 27 April 2018. Since you only have to write 300 words or less, you still have plenty of time to post an entry! You may make up to 3 entries.

Please refer to the poster for competition rules / details.

Note: It may be possible to publish the best entries in an anthology of short short stories.

Subject: FUN-TASTIC RACE
 
The Fun-tastic Race is one of the competitions organised by the 'Say it in English' Campaign at PPIB in collaboration with the course, UB00102 Communicative English Grammar (which is one of PPIB’s English courses for students with MUET Bands 1, 2, and Lower Band 3). The event is a modified version of TV’s Amazing Race in which teams of 4 members from the UB00102 course compete for cash prizes. Clues and challenges are all in English and the key objectives are for students to develop their communicative skills in English – and to have fun!
 
The Fun-tastic Race will take place from 2-5 PM on Saturday, 17 March, starting from PPIB foyer.
