SUBJECT: APPLICATION FOR THE POSTGRADUATE RESEARCH GRANT (UMSGreat) PHASE 2/2017 HAS OPENED

As you have been informed previously, the application for the Postgraduate Research Grant (UMSGreat) Phase 2/2017 has been opened since August 21, 2017 (Monday).

To apply, you are required to submit the complete proposals by using the UMSGreat format to Centre for Research and Innovation (PPI) within three (3) weeks or by September 15, 2017 (Friday).

This announcement is addressed to all Webmail UMS users.
It has come to our attention that certain hoax e-mails with subject such as (Urgent Attention) Are currently being circulated. These emails basically request user to provide their username and password and used victim email to spread this email.

We would like to inform that:-

• THE ABOVE MENTIONED EMAIL IS A HOAX.
• In compliance with ICT Security, JTMK as administrator of the email system NEVER request user to disclose their password and username via email.

We are requesting users to:-

• PLEASE IGNORE / DELETE these email and ANY SUCH MAIL IN THE FUTURE and DO NOT REPLY or CLICK on the link inside the *.pdf attachment.
