Chinese Test
To help evaluate the Chinese of non-native Chinese speakers across the world, CIEF has developed several exams, Hsk (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi), YCT (Youth Learner Test) and BCT (Business Chinese Test). Etc. We will provide outstanding examines with scholarships and all of you with opportunity of summer/winter camps, intending to attract learners to apply to our Chinese evaluation system.
The Available Tests
HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi)
The HSK is an international standardized exam that tests and rates Chinese language proficiency. It assesses non-native Chinese speakers’ abilities in using the Chinese language in their daily, academic and professional lives. HSK consists of six levels. HSK certificate is an important reference for educational institution’s and employers’ decision-making.

HSKK (Hanyu Shuiping Kouyu Kaoshi)
HSK Speaking Test (HSKK) assesses the test takers’ oral Chinese abilities. HSKK consists of three levels, HSKK (Primary level), HSKK (Intermediate level) and HSKK (Advanced level). HSKK is conducted in the form of audio recording.
BCT (Business Chinese Test)
The BCT, as a test series, consists of three independent tests:
BCT (A); BCT (B) ; BCT Speaking Test (a computer-based test).
It aims to provide references:
• for companies to recruit and select employees;
• for schools and training institutions to organize teaching activities;
• for learners to evaluate themselves.
YCT (Youth Chinese Test)
The YCT is an international standardized test of Chinese language proficiency. It assesses young foreign students’ abilities to use Chinese in their daily and academic lives.
