ACADEMIC AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT
To ensure that student applications related to academic management matters (registration/examinations/convocation) are processed within seven (7) working days after the application is received.
STUDENT AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT
To ensure that students receive academic guidance and advice at least once (1) every semester through the Mentor-Mentee programme for undergraduate students and supervision for postgraduate students.
RESEARCH MANAGEMENT
To inform all researchers about research grant information (local and international) within 24 hours after it is received from the Research Management Unit and other agencies.
SPACE AND FACILITIES SERVICES MANAGEMENT
To inform applicants of the decision on the application for the use of laboratories/laboratory instruments within five (5) working days from the date the application is received, or to inform the decision on the application for the use of space and facilities within five (5) working days from the date the application is received.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
To ensure that payment claims for suppliers/staff are processed at the Responsibility Centre (PTJ) level within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT
To take action and/or provide feedback on complaints/enquiries received within seven (7) working days.
