Auditorium
Located on the ground floor of the Kota Kinabalu Main Campus Library, this large enclosed facility can accommodate up to 244 people at any one time. It is fully equipped with advanced audio-visual systems, making it the perfect venue for seminars, briefings, and major official events. Room usage is subject to the Library's stipulated terms and conditions.
Screening Room (Segunting)
Located on the ground floor of the Kota Kinabalu Main Campus Library, the Screening Room offers a specialized multimedia environment. It can comfortably accommodate up to 42 people at any one time, making it ideal for academic viewings and small group presentations. Room usage is subject to the Library’s stipulated terms and conditions.
Discussion Room
Designed to facilitate collaborative learning, the library offers dedicated Discussion Rooms for group activities. There are 6 such rooms conveniently located on the Ground and First Floors of the Kota Kinabalu Main Campus Library. These fully air-conditioned rooms provide a comfortable and private environment for students to conduct academic discussions and meetings.
24 Hours Room
Designed with students' needs in mind, this air-conditioned reading room operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It provides a highly conducive and comfortable environment for students to study, review materials, and complete their assignments without the limitation of standard library operating hours.
Event Space
Located on the ground floor of the Kota Kinabalu Main Campus Library, the Event Space has a flexible seating capacity of 20 to 100 people. It is highly suitable for hosting a variety of academic, official, and community events in an open and welcoming atmosphere. Usage is subject to the Library’s stipulated terms and conditions.
Smart Space
An advanced facility designed with cutting-edge technology to foster a dynamic learning environment. The Smart Space is an interactive area conducive to modern group discussions, digital collaborations, and team-based assignments, empowering students to work efficiently and creatively.
S.I.R Corner
The S.I.R (Scholarly Information Resource) Corner is a specially designated relaxing reading and information area provided for library users. It serves as an accessible hub for users to easily explore scholarly resources while enjoying a comfortable and casual reading environment.
Islamic Corner
A dedicated and serene corner that gathers a comprehensive collection of references, scholarly materials, and literature pertaining to Islamic studies. This specialized section provides researchers, students, and academics with a focused environment to enrich their knowledge in this field.
Book Drop Service
To ensure maximum convenience for our users, the library offers a fast and secure Book Drop service. This facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing patrons to easily return borrowed books and materials at any time outside of regular library operating hours.
