Notify applicants of the outcome of their Research Grant application within five (5) working days.

Issue university Letter of Offer for undergraduate students within ten (10) days after complete aplication received from candidate.

Process payment for suppliers or stafs within 14 working days after obtaining complete information.

Ensure client feedback is attended to within seven (7) working days after obtaining complete information.

Process and approve applications for welfare assistance/aid within seven (7) working days.

Coordinate and ensure any complaints regard to students residential facilities is attended to within seven (7) working days.

Ensure the result of sample analysis work for samples not exceed 20 is completed within 14 working days.
