About Us
Student Affairs Department (HEP) serves as a center of information and counseling services as well as providing services to students in matters related to welfare, student housing, health, counseling, career, association activities, scholarships and financial aid to students. Generally HEP serves to provide an infrastructure that is conducive to the learning process and is also responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the Student Personality Development program. The services provided are aimed to create a harmonious life and taken care of a culture among students with campus life quality.

Determined to provide an efficient, trustworthy and proactive line with the philosophy and vision of the University.
OBJECTIVE
- Strengthening capacity building of students in line with the vision and mission.
- Ensure the delivery of student welfare services and operation to be managed efficiently and effectively;
- Empower alumni network and career relationships.
QUALITY POLICY
Student Affairs Department committed to provide services, facilities and training to achieve customer satisfaction in the process of student development to realize the vision and mission of the University of Continuous Improvement and meet the statutory regulations.
OBJECTIVE QUALITY
1. Provide at least 80% comfortable and secure facility to student in each semester.
2. Provide welfare assistance within 7 working days (Only 7 days in the student welfare committee phase)
3. Ensure at least 80% of personal development activities that are high impact among those planned to be implemented in the current year
