Our Commitment
Ensure that students register for classes and confirm their registration through the Integrated Student Information System (SMPB) within two (2) weeks from the date the lecture begins in each semester of study
Ensure that any student/customer matters at the counter are entertained at within 5 to 10 minutes.
Ensure that any reservations for lecture halls, laboratories, and equipment are processed within one (1) day of receipt of the application.
Take action and respond to complaints and inquiries within seven (7) working days.
Ensure that 80% of Faculty members achieve the minimum IDP points in the current year.
Ensure that asset and inventory inspections are carried out at least once (1) a year.
