Ensure that customers with any concerns at the counter are attended within five (5) minutes.

Ensure that all student correspondence, including confirmation letters, fieldwork permissions, and activity approvals, is issued within three (3) working days of receiving the application.

Ensure that the approval of tutorial/lecture room and laboratory bookings is processed within three (3) working days after the application is received.

Take action and provide feedback on complaints and inquiries within seven (7) working days of receipt.
