SUBJECT: HOAX EMAIL

 

This announcement is addressed to all Webmail UMS users.

It has come to our attention that certain hoax e-mails with subject such as ''9/27/2016 - Access Denied" Are currently being circulated. These emails basically request user to provide their username and password.

We would like to inform that:-

•         THE ABOVE MENTIONED EMAIL IS A HOAX.

•         In compliance with ICT Security, JTMK as administrator of the email system NEVER request user to disclose their password and username via email.

We are requesting users to:-

•         PLEASE IGNORE these email and ANY SUCH MAIL IN THE FUTURE and DO NOT REPLY.
