TUESDAY, 23 JUNE – The Association of Non-Academic Management and Professional Officers UMS (PPUMS) will be having its 9^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25 June 2015.

The AGM will be held at Avangio Hotel, Metro Town, Jalan Lintas starting at 2.30 pm.

According to a statement from PPUMS, in support of UMS EcoCampus Programme, the AGM 2015 will not be printing on hardcopy the Programme Book, Minutes of Meeting and PPUMS Constitution. However, these can be accessed using smartphone or QR Code for tablet.

PPUMS members are advised to download for free these documents or install a QR Code reader on their smartphone.

This year the AGM will see the voting of new Exco members for the 2015/2017 session. The voting will also be done using electronic voting system through ‘e-Undi’ and members who are present are urged to cast their votes using their HROnline account and PIN.

The Vice-Chancellor of UMS, Professor Datuk Dr. Mohd. Harun Abdullah is expected to grace the occasion, which will then be followed by the breaking of fast at the same venue.
