THURSDAY, 25 JUNE – In conjunction with Hari Raya celebrations next month, the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition (FSMP) Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) today launched it sales and bookings of High Fibre cookies.

According to Food Preparation Officer of FSMP, Noorfarahzilah Masri, the cookies known as the Royal Dean’s Cookies can be ordered starting today and is expected to be distributed next Tuesday.

“These cookies are sold at RM18 per can to staff and public containing 30 crunchy cookies that has 20 percent more fibre, trans fat-free and without preservatives,” she said.

She added, the butter flavoured and oatmeal cookies were expected to touch the 1,000 mark sold before the coming month of Shawal.

“This is one of the activities for FSMP and expects to generate revenue for the faculty,” she added.
