UUM and UMB Students Complete Mobility Programme at UMS

FRIDAY, 24 JUNE – A total of 11 students of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and Universiti Mercu Buana (UMB), Jakarta successfully completed one semester of the Mobility Programme at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).

Dean of the Faculty of Psychology and Education (FPP) UMS, Associate Professor Dr. Hj. Mohd Dahlan A. Malek said, of the total number of students, seven were from UUM and the rest from UMB.

“Congratulations to the Faculty of Psychology and Education for their success in coordinating the mobility programme.  We hope that this programme could be extended to local universities and abroad.

“This is important in order to raise the programme’s KPI and the faculty as well as the university’s,” he said in his speech at the Graduation Ceremony of the programme, yesterday.

The programme was held to celebrate the graduates of the Mobility Programme from UUM and UMB, Jakarta Indonesia.

Dr. Mohd Dahlan said, the mobility programme would be continued in the future by involving more students from other programmes.

“Mobility is a platform for students to gain experience and knowledge from other universities.

“The experience and knowledge gained will undoubtedly be able to give positive impact on the students, faculty and university,” he added. – (fl)
