Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) melalui Perpustakaan, Galeri Azman Hashim, Jabatan Digital, DARTIC, Pusat Pengurusan Penyelidikan dan Fakulti Komputeran & Informatik dengan kerjasama rakan strategik antarabangsa dari Netherlands, Slovenia, Finland dan India akan menganjurkan Open Science Forum 4 (OSF4) dengan ketetapan berikut:
 
Tarikh: 24 – 25 September 2025
Tempat: Auditorium, Galeri Azman Hashim, UMS
 
Forum ini akan menghimpunkan pakar kebangsaan dan antarabangsa, ahli akademik dan pengamal sains terbuka bagi membincangkan serta merangka hala tuju masa depan Open Science di Asia. Penganjuran tahun ini memberi fokus kepada pengukuhan budaya Open Science, pemerkasaan citizen science, serta pembangunan infrastruktur bagi akses data terbuka untuk institusi pendidikan tinggi.
 
Sehubungan itu, semua staf dan pelajar UMS adalah dijemput untuk menyertai forum ini sebagai platform perkongsian ilmu dan rangkaian antarabangsa dalam bidang Open Science.
