Programme Info

The program introduces students to the knowledge of the concepts, theories, methods and research in Anthropology and Sociology. The courses offered include anthropology City, Rural Sociology, Ethnic Relations, Industrial Sociology, Family Systems, Structure and Organization of Power, Social Inequality, Social and Religious Affairs, Development and Environment, Society and Economy, Sociology, Environment, Issues Gender, Borneo Ethnography, Theory and Methods in Ethnomusicology, Sociology Organization Complex, Tourism Sociology, Sociology of Migration and Research Methodology and Data Analysis.

Lulus Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Setaraf dengan mendapat kepujian dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia atau Bahasa Melayu/ Bahasa Malaysia Kertas Julai;

Dan

Lulus Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) dengan memenuhi syarat Khas program dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 2.5;

Dan

Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya pangkat Jayyid dalam Peperiksaan Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM)

Dan

Lulus Matrikulasi KPM/Setaraf mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 2.30

Dan

Diploma atau yang setaraf dengannya dari mana-mana Institusi Pendidikan yang diiktiraf oleh Senat Universiti Malaysia Sabah, dengan sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 2.50;

Dan

Mempunyai minima (5) tahun pengalaman yang diiktiraf dan diluluskan oleh Senat Universiti sebagai setaraf;
