Training of Trainer Courses (Soft Skill UMS SEJATI Level I Facilitator Workshop)

The course is aimed at preparing students who will be facilitators for Soft Skill UMS Sejati Workshop Level I.

Objectives

  •         Produce creative and critical thinking students in the management of activities.
  •         Foster leadership spirit and work together in a team.
  •         Enchances high confidence and barries in dealing with problems.

Learning Outcomes

  •         Create a creatively and critically tihinking in program management.

  •         Foster a spirit of cooperation in one team and with high confidence.

  •         Distinguish leadership between power and authority.

  •         Have personality with leadership qualities.

  •         Expressing a sense of volunteerism in students.
