The Soft Skill UMS Sejati Workshop is aimed at perfecting the policy and philosophy of the PKPP to produce students who are balanced from the intellectual, spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of the students, to develop students' physical, mental and spiritual resilience, generate creative, innovative and proactive thinking and instill confidence in facing challenges. Universiti Malaysia Sabah is also committed to producing students who can master the diversity of technical and professional skills knowledge as well as knowledge and practical soft skills to complement the attributes of the holistic graduates. Through this workshop students will be able to learn and recognize the importance of applying soft skills to students.

   Objectives
·   Producing students who are willing to attend an interview after getting a job
·   Producing highly skilled / self-taught students
·   Provide students physically and mentally to work environment
