BAHASA MELAYU LEARNING PROGRAM FOR EXPATRIATES (COHORT 1) – MAY 2026 INTAKE

 

Pusat Penataran Ilmu dan Bahasa (PPIB), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) is pleased to announce the implementation of the Bahasa Melayu Learning Program for Expatriates (Cohort 1) aimed at supporting expatriates and international staff in improving their Bahasa Melayu communication skills for daily and professional use in Malaysia.

 

The program focuses on practical communication, workplace interaction, vocabulary development, listening and comprehension skills, as well as cultural understanding in local contexts. Classes will be conducted in a face-to-face and interactive learning environment by experienced instructors from PPIB.

• Duration: 10 Weeks

• Day: Thursday

• Time: 11.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.

• Venue: Bilik Tutorial PPIB

• Learning Hours: 20 Hours

• Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

• Maximum Participants: 15 Participants

 

This program is open to expatriates working in UMS, international staff and researchers, as well as individuals interested in learning Bahasa Melayu.
