Located outside Sabah? You can participate remotely and showcase your innovative solutions for waste-to-wealth, the circular economy and ESG innovation—without travelling for the assessment.
✨ WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Participation is open to individuals and teams physically located outside Sabah, including:
🏫 School, university and college students
🔬 Researchers and academic staff
🛠️ TVET institutions
🚀 Technology startups and SMEs
👥 Community and individual innovators
Eligible regions include Sarawak, Peninsular Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. Participation from other non-Sabah locations is subject to approval by the Secretariat.
📌 COMPETITION PROCESS
1️⃣ Online registration
2️⃣ Digital submission
3️⃣ Live online assessment via Google Meet
4️⃣ Grand Finale validation
📤 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
🎥 A 5–7-minute innovation video uploaded publicly on YouTube, with a minimum resolution of 720p and English narration
🖼️ A digital innovation poster in A1 or A0 format
♻️ Submissions should address novelty, TRL, ESG or sustainability, validation, impact and commercialisation
