* COMPULSORY for students to complete at least 2 or 3 credit hours (one course) of co-curriculum course for graduation purpose.
* The grade achieved in the course will be counted in the calculation of students CGPA.
* Course learning orientation: 30% theory and philosophy and 70% practical/ studio.
* Student should attend and fully participate in all course activites including classes, Innovation Carnival, a community service program (UMS-SPRINT) and Co-Curriculum Carnival.
* Classes (lecturer and practical traning) for co-curriculum courses will be held for 14 weeks on Saturday or Sunday.
* Check registration status for co-curriculum course to avoid course selection mistakes.
* Print SMP registration slip form for dealing with PKPP office and Academic Services Division (BPA) and for student's own record.
CENTRE FOR CO-CURRICULUM AND STUDENT DEVELOPMENT CLIENT CHARTER
Issuing a letter of approval for UMS-SPRINT activities within seven (7) working days after receiving a complete application.
Taking actions on complaints/ inquiries (e-Response) received within seven (7) working days.
Process the financial affairs of staff, students, suppliers and teaching staff within seven (7) working days after receiving complete information.
Process equipment acquisition, venue rental and stock item requests no later than five (5) working days.
Issuance of appointment letters to teaching staff seven (7) days after attending the Training of Trainer workshop.
Issuing lecture information seven (7) days before the semester begins.
Displays the academic calendar seven (7) days before the semester begins.
Process lecture room/ tutorial room reservations within five (5) days from the date of received complete reservation.
