Terms and Regulations

All applications for the use and rental of space in zones A, B, & C at ODEC

shall be submitted directly to the Director, Co-Curriculum Center and

Student Development, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Jalan UMS, 84000 Kota

Kinabalu, Sabah. Line No. 088-329032

1. Inform to ODEC Management ONE DAY/BEFORE the date of rental/ use

    takes place if want to make a preparation.

2. Please bring along the approval letter and payment receipt for security

    guards inspection and entry clearance at the main door.

3. The use of ODEC is as per the details requested by the tenant/ users

    and subject to approval by the management.

4. There are no negative issues as well as things to the contrary with the

    social, religious and cultural values ​​and ethics of Malaysian society.

6. Practicing noble values ​​in the program organized.

7. Any open burning/bonfire is strictly PROHIBITED.

8. Any ODEC facilities and amenities must be used properly and careful.

   The organizer will be responsible for any damage to these facilities

   and amenities.

9. Ensure the ODEC area is free from any damage, dirt, garbage rubbish

    and leftovers.

10. Activities involving the use of water (sea) shall be inform and make a

     request to the security division for monitoring and security purposes.
