Labuan Faculty of International Finance previously known as the Labuan School of International Business and Finance started its operation in May 1999. The first intake consisted of students throughout the nation. Initially, the faculty offered four (4) programmes that cover International Finance, International and Offshore Banking, International Marketing, and International Financial Economics. In 2004, the faculty offered an Islamic Finance programme that covered an international perspective. Situated in the Federal Territory of Labuan, the faculty becomes the leading regional center for conventional and Islamic Finance in Asia-Pacific.
